The Stewardship Day on 8 June 2013 will be seeking to raise K30,000 building funds. The Church is asked to prepare a building offering so that we can together achieve this goal.

A tithe in kind has been received by the Church in form of a live cow. The same will be slaughtered in due course for sale to church members. All worshippers wishing to purchase some kilos of the beef are asked to register their orders with Sr J. Beene.

There will be a baptism at the end of June 2013. The Church invites everyone intending to be baptized to liaise with Elders Ndhlovu or Msusa.

There will be an Ambassador and Senior Youth Camp from 28 June 2013 to 2 July 2013.

The will be a Dorcas Stewardship week of prayer under the theme Commitment & Faithfulness for life! from 9 June to 15 June 2013.

All youths are encouraged to buy for resale copies of the Hope for you magazine from the ABC and the Zambia Adventist Press. The purchase price is K7 and the resale price is K10. The extra money made is income to the individual youths.

Sabbath 4th May is Publishing Day.

All parents and guardians are encouraged to give their children an offering preferably in an envelope and clearly marked. This is to enable children learn the prasctice of honouring our Lord in tithes and offerings seperately at the children's story time.

Sunday 26th May has been set aside as an outreach day at Kabulonga Church for distribution of clothing items to the needy. All church members are encouraged to to bring clothing items they wish to have donated nad place them with the Head Deacon , Eld. Mwaambaor the Head Deaconess , Sr. Songiso. All clothing items must be received by Sabbath 25th May.

PAKIA Lusaka Conference Chapter is creating a directory for all Pastors' kids. Pastors' kids are therefore requested to privide a passport size photo, email address snd contact numbers, residential address and short profile of themselves. Please contact Pastor Isaac Chiyokoma for further details.

There will be a Kabulonga District evangelism match past from Jacaranda SDA Church to Woodlands Central SDA Church on 2nd June 2013. We will be participating in the distribution of the book "I live for Jesus" . Kabulonga SDA Church has been given a goal to purchase 100 copies (Kr 2,500) of the said book. Each book costs Kr 25. We are all therefore rrquested to contribute thorugh the tithe envelopes a minimum of Kr25 towards the purchase of the book. All contributions must be made by 25th May 2013.

Sabbath the 11th has been set aside as Children's Day . They will be a child dedication on this Sabbath. All parents with children to be dedicated may register their names with Sr. J Beene or Sr. B. Kohlo by 4th May 2013.

There will be a Lusaka Conference Music Campmeeting from 30th June to 7th July, 2013. Auditions will take place in due course. All music groups are asked to begin preparations now.

There will be a Pathfinder Fair at the Kabulonga Boys School grounds from 08.00hrs to 16.00hrs on Sunday 16th June,2013

There will be a Personal inistries Council to be held on Sunday 5th May, 2013. The following members should attend: Dorcas Leader, AMO Leader, Leader of Persons with Disability, Elder in charge, Publishing Leader, Interest Co-ordinator, Sabbath School Superintendent, Treasurer, VOP Leader.
